Step 1 Getting Right With Food: In this step you learn nutritional tips to resolve food cravings and to cleanse your system. Good quality nutrition is essential to how well you function physically, mentally and spiritually just as good quality fuel is essential to the functioning of your car. Alison's background as a natural foods Chef, Holistic Health Educator, Life Coach and yoga teacher makes her an excellent well-being coach.

Step 2 Mindfulness Basics: How you eat is a reflection of how you live. A healthy relationship with food cannot exist in chaos and stress. The practice of mindfulness helps you to relax, gain clarity, tap into inner wisdom and will change you from the inside out. As you learn to listen for your "body wisdom" you will become a more conscious navigator through life's swift flow, making better choices on all levels. In this step, you are guided in the observation of breath and thoughts, body scan, body dialogue, making conscious choices and more.
Step 3 Healing Practices for Radiant Living: In this step, you are guided to become skillful with deeper mindfulness practices such as Sacred Breathing • The Yoga of Emotion • Mindful Eating • Emotional Clearing Technique and more
Step 4 Holistic Life Design: In step 4 you learn the principles of the Law of Attraction (the Secret). You develop strategies for creating the life your soul is seeking by imagining andfeeling the results you desire, recognizing and working through resistance, understanding form and essence, learning to create protection and much more.
Step 5 Greening Your Life (optional): In this step you will learn simple steps to reduce your carbon imprint and to save money.
